A4Cell’s primary goal is to develop innovative cellomic reagents, named CytoCHECK SPAchip® Detection Kits, that enhance the value of in-vitro cell physiology assays used in living single-cell Imaging analyzers, High Content Screening (HCS) platforms and Flow Cytometers.
A4Cell’s SPAchip® nanodevice is based on the use of inert Silicon microchips on which multiple fluorescent probes can be deposited to provide intracellular readouts over long culture periods by cell internalization.
Advances in surface functionalization techniques allows SPAchip® to be printed with varied molecules (from nucleic acids to proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, or synthetic chemical probes).
